Rhys is an expert in novel high temperature thermal storage materials, with a focus on molten salts, phase change materials, recyclable materials, and energy system analysis and optimisation. He has a strong interest in renewable energy and implementing cutting-edge research to improve efficiency, increase cost-effectiveness, and to facilitate the decarbonisation of energy delivery systems. Rhys is based in Germany.

Nasim has extensive experience in energy and waste energy management, efficiency monitoring, and optimisation targeting decarbonisation initiatives within industrial settings. She is dedicated to promoting a 'sustainable environment and energy future.' Nasim focuses on techno-economic analysis and the practical implementation of Energy, Exergy, Economic, and Environmental (4E) strategies to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact in thermal processes.

Ming is passionate about providing solutions to accelerate decarbonisation and creating a more sustainable energy future. She is also experienced in identifying and assessing opportunities to decarbonise and electrify the food cold chain and process heat for energy demand in the dairy, meat and beverage industries. Ming’s drive to create change for the better inspires the entire team.

Rohan is an experienced consultant providing strategic sustainability, risk management and creative services across industry and academia. With years of practical and management experience in the Australian wine and refrigeration industries, Rohan has extensive knowledge in the application of sustainable technologies and systems within industry.
