Operations Manager with strong experience in operational excellence and efficiency improvement. Manages deal flow for Concord Associates, holds a Master's in International Business and is well connected to the Indian diaspora.

Steve designs sustainable finance strategies that drive long-term environmental, social, and commercial outcomes. In his 20-year career in investment banking and funds management, Steve combines financial expertise with a focus on natural capital and clean energy investment.

Concord Impact

Robert brings deep cross-cultural experience from living in the Middle-East for 20+ years, substantial knowledge of Australia's renewable energy landscape and carbon markets and the EQ to lead client and investor engagement.

Andrew leads Concord Impact’s advisory business. He brings two decades of experience in business model innovation and renewable energy project management, including planning, execution, and operational oversight for large-scale energy assets.

Specialising in commercialisation, thermal systems and renewable energy integration, Martin leads the technical delivery of Concord Impacts' project evaluations, particularly in decarbonisation and sustainability.

Rhys is an expert in novel high temperature thermal storage materials, with a focus on molten salts, phase change materials, recyclable materials, and energy system analysis and optimisation. He has a strong interest in renewable energy and implementing cutting-edge research to improve efficiency, increase cost-effectiveness, and to facilitate the decarbonisation of energy delivery systems. Rhys is based in Germany.

Ross brings the rare talent of being able to apply his training in science and economics directly to real world outcomes. Ross’ very broad knowledge-set from experience in the agri-sector, small business, and food manufacture, lateral thinking and brainstorming make him a super valuable team member. Ross works across all Concord Impact services as his business analysis skills provide rigor and critical insight.

Nasim has extensive experience in energy and waste energy management, efficiency monitoring, and optimisation targeting decarbonisation initiatives within industrial settings. She is dedicated to promoting a 'sustainable environment and energy future.' Nasim focuses on techno-economic analysis and the practical implementation of Energy, Exergy, Economic, and Environmental (4E) strategies to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact in thermal processes.

Ming is passionate about providing solutions to accelerate decarbonisation and creating a more sustainable energy future. She is also experienced in identifying and assessing opportunities to decarbonise and electrify the food cold chain and process heat for energy demand in the dairy, meat and beverage industries. Ming’s drive to create change for the better inspires the entire team.

Rohan is an experienced consultant providing strategic sustainability, risk management and creative services across industry and academia. With years of practical and management experience in the Australian wine and refrigeration industries, Rohan has extensive knowledge in the application of sustainable technologies and systems within industry.

Assisted with the successful development and subsequent sale of the Gunsynd Solar Farm which is now under construction. Responsible for development funding; Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiations with investment grade off-taker; and working with the buyer to negotiate the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA)

As the founder of Solar Harbour, he has led its expansion into a $12M+ business, delivering solar solutions across five Australian states. Expertise in project financing, PPA negotiations, and scaling solar operations. He also advises renewable energy ventures and invests in strategic projects.
